Youths threaten cops in district court, held
NAGPUR: Two youths turned aggressive and used abusive language against policemen at the district court on Thursday after they were not allowed to meet their brother, a goon booked under MCOCA. The duo created a drama and threatened police with dire consequences, making the atmosphere a bit tense.
PI NL Rathi deployed at the district court and his team brought the situation under control and rounded-up the youths identified as Devendra Singh Digwa and his brother Virendra Singh.
MCOCA accused Little Sardar and his partners were being produced in the court on Thursday. The gang has been accused of fired rounds on Goldi Gullar on March 30. Police said that one of the gang members of Little Sardar is Digwa’s brother. Digwa had come to meet his brother in court.
However, police refused to let Digwa meet their brother. The youths become agitated and started abusing and threatening police. Both youths were taken to Sadar police station and a case was registered.
